I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The team is always kind, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. Their pricing is fair and transparent, which makes it even better. It’s hard to find a dry cleaner you can fully trust, but this is definitely one of them. You can tell this is a business that takes pride in their work - I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Great dry cleaning and regular laundry washing and drying business, but what makes this place is the staff. They are phenomenal folks and will go out of their way to help you out and help you get what you need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First time I had been to a dry cleaner in a long time. My pink jacket had a ring around the collar so I did not know if they could get it clean. Well it looks brand new. The lady who helped me was very nice.

They are amazing!!!! I got off my flight and my linen suit was wrinkled and I called almost every dry cleaner in Raleigh and Durham nobody could help but them! They were able to see me at 1145am and got it pressed within a couple hours. I had a graduation I had to be at. I highly recommend them for a great work, fair pricing and extremely nice especially Margaret. She helped me out. She’s amazing.

I cannot recommend Regency Cleaners enough. Starting in 2019, they became my go-to dry cleaners when I started college. They cleaned all of my professional suits and clothes perfectly, and I always knew my garments would be well cared for. Beyond just the amazing dry cleaning service, the employees here really care about you and remember you. My senior year of college, I brought in some items to be dry cleaned with my mom before a big interview for a scholarship, and they wished me good luck and prayed for me! I ended up winning the scholarship and every time I go back I tell them how they are a part of my story.

Flash forward to now, 6 years later, I got married at the Duke Chapel and took bridal portraits in my white wedding dress. I did not know how dirty it would get before the wedding, and Regency was the only place that could/would help me that I trusted! Meredith is so wonderful, and she always makes me feel taken care of and like my items are in the safest hands. They cleaned and pressed my satin wedding dress perfectly, with only two weeks before my wedding. The dress looked perfect. I will never go to a different dry cleaners! They are fantastic!

I don’t have a lot of clothes that require dry cleaning, but I bought two beautiful shirts that do that of course I spilled stuff on straight away.

I had always heard terrific things about Regency Cleaners so I brought them in. From drop off to pick up their process is easy for the customer and much appreciated. My shirts are clean and look brand new, I’ll be more careful this holiday season!

Update: this team takes so much pride in their work. I have gotten every piece of clothing -- including overcoats and down coats -- in pristine condition. I am still thoroughly impressed!

The service was fantastic, very friendly people willing to help you immediately with your dry cleaning needs. I got my coat back sooner than expected, which was a plus considering that it turned really cold. I have been going to the White Star, which is now considered I believe regency Ever since I was a little girl. I used to walk there with my grandmother. They have been around a very long time. And I hope they continue to be. I will definitely carry anything that I need dry cleaned there!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; Regency on 9th and Green is the best. The opportunity for same day is always appreciated but the staff and service is simply incomparable. I’ve never had an interaction I didn’t walk away smiling and chuckling from the counter. And my items are always pristine, done to order and ready promptly.
